Granny Flat (70m² or less)
All our plans comply with the new government Granny Flats Building Consent Exemption, which allows small standalone dwellings up to 70 square metres in size to be built without a building consent, given the compact size of these houses, our plans can also be ordered as pre-built on our site and delivered to your location if this is what your situation requires.
